Vishwa

Vaishnavites call Him as Vishwaksena (Commander in Cheif) .This type of Ganapati images as Vishwaksena can be seen in some temples like Sri Rangam, Azhagar Kovil,Madurai and
In Vaishnavite functions and temple rituals, Sri Vishwaksena is worshipped first.

Once Saint-Poet Kalamegam went to Sri Rangam Temple. He found to his surprise, Ganapati inside the shrine and Ganapati had Sri Churanam(Tilak) on His forehead. Saint Poet Kalamegam immediately on seeing Vishwaksena sung an extempore poem.

" O Ganapati, you were born to Siva who vanquished Manamatha with sugar cane bow and flower arrows, Since your father is birthless and deathless,

and You cannot become owner of His abundant wealth,

You decided to come here as Vishwaksena, because Vishnu would take 10 Appearnace(Avatar) and eventually disappear, being a representation of Vishnu being Son of his Sister Parvathi you become the lawful owner of His properties!

Ganesha had two sons in Riddhi and Siddhi – Shubha (Auspiciousness) and Labha (Profit).

As per the legends, once Lord Ganesha's sons Kshema and Labha witnessed their aunt tying a thread to their father's wrist. The two brothers got extremely curious as they saw their aunt showered with gifts for doing so. They asked their father the reason for the same. Ganesha explained to them that this sacred thread strengthens the relationship between a brother and a sister. On knowing the importance of this thread, the brother's duo too wished for a sister. Lord Ganesha then decided to fulfill their desire and produce a girl child with his powers. The little girl tied the sacred thread around her brothers' wrist and received chickpeas and jaggery in return. She was satisfied with the things she received and didn't ask for riches; thus, she was named "Santoshi.
